RainShadow
RainShadow is an electronic musical collage and live sound mix featuring augmented compositional fragments, rhythmic textures and field recordings from recent years. Performed and produced by James Gordon Anderson in July 2025, two versions extend the idea of PolymodalSyncretism: simultaneously deploying and blending multiple temporal, harmonic and rhythmic schemes and motifs to create non-linear hybrid forms.
